Keep Your Shirt On…

Have you heard that saying?  Keep your shirt on?  Accordingly to UsingEnglish.com, it is a way of telling someone to calm down.

I am heading to Nevada tomorrow.  Scene of the crime.  Anyone remember what happened last March when I went to Nevada?  So if you all want to tell me to Keep My Shirt On, I won’t think you are telling me to calm down.  I will just think you are giving me some good, solid advice.  I will do my best.
